Orders are mainly shipped within 24 hours. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking or delivery confirmation number to your email address and a receipt of your order.

UPS: When choosing shipping method, please keep in mind that UPS operates 5 days a week. There is no pickup or delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. (Saturday delivery can be arranged by special rates)
Krofel.com does acknowledge that there are sometimes, delays in shipments from the shipping carriers used to fulfill your order that are beyond our control. However the maximum liability is limited to the shipping fee charged in your order.
At KROFEL®, we stand behind every product we sell and offer a Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty. We value the importance of your devices and strive to protect them from any unforeseen accidents. Lifelong relationships with our valuable customers are our ultimate goal to achieve and willing to do it by backing every KROFEL® item for a long period of time.
KROFEL® warrants your product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year labor and parts from the original ship date. During this period, KROFEL® will replace the product with a new one, without any charge to you.
Registration is not required for getting the warranty service, but we will need your order number or sales invoice as a proof of purchase! The replacement product is provided free or charge, not even domestic U.S. shipping!
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us thru messaging system to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
If the product is bought from Amazon, log into your account and go to your orders. Kindly find your KROFEL® order and email us your order number. Amazon order numbers are 17 digit long and in this (xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx ) format.
The warranty provides the exactly the same product and does not offer any upgrades. If the product is purchased for iPhone® 8, requesting a new product compatible with iPhone® X is not permitted.
Please allow three business days for processing your claim and 5-10 business days for arrival of the new product. All replacements are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class Mail Service for domestic orders.
This limited replacement warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, or damage due to power disturbances (i.e. brownouts or sags). This limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or repair cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the KROFEL® product.
Except as provided above, KROFEL® is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall KROFEL® be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
- Limited Warranties only apply to the original purchaser of a product or products, and are non-transferable.
- Limited Warranty claims presented without a copy of the original sales receipt or valid proof of purchase will be handled at our sole discretion.
- The Limited Warranty effective date for any replacement product(s) will be the original retail purchase date of the Product, not from the replacement date.
Return of Non-Defective Products
A non-defective product may be returned to KROFEL® within ninety (90) days of the invoice date for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments:
KROFEL® will refund the original purchase price and the shipping cost incurred from the products return. If the original purchase was made under a “Free Shipping” promotion then no shipping fee will be refunded.

Do I pay Sales Tax?
Krofel.com customers do not pay sales tax, unless you are located in New Jersey. Customers located in New Jersey pay the current sales tax rate of 7.00%. All tax exempt organizations within New Jersey should enter their tax exempt code in the order comments area. Our customer service will remove the tax after we receive the order and required paperwork.
What are my payment choices?
Credit card and Paypal®. All major credit cards are accepted and processed by Paypal.
What’s compatible with my phone?
All products have been tested and their compatibility has been confirmed. We make it simple. If an accessory is listed in the section of your phone model, then it’s compatible with your phone. If you think there might be a product that’s compatible with your phone and not listed in the section, email our sales team at email@example.com or post in our discussion forum and we can confirm whether it is or isn’t compatible with your phone.
Is my private information safe?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. You have a choice of checking the box at order checkout to receive future promotional emails or discount coupons from Krofel.com. You may also remove yourself from this list by unsubscribing once you receive an email from us. For full details please refer to our privacy section located on top of our webpage.
Can I cancel an order once I’ve made it?
Yes, but cannot be guaranteed unless you notify us before your order ships out from the warehouse.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, it may be returned for full refund and a new order needs to be placed. You may return the item if it meets the criteria listed under the “Return Policy guidelines.” When you return your item, you may then go ahead and make a new purchase. If your item is defective, you can follow our warranty exchange procedures. If the item you purchased is dead on arrival, please contact customer service for resolution.
Why hasn’t my product shipped out yet?
When we receive your order, we ship out all items ASAP. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation number (USPS) or a tracking number for UPS Delivery Methods. In certain circumstances, your order will be delayed an extra 1-2 business days because of our billing verification procedures. Krofel.com takes numerous steps to ensure fraud protection for the safety of our customers. If your order cannot be verified, it will be cancelled and you will receive an e-mail from our customer care staff stating that your order could not be processed. Krofel.com reserves the right to deny any order at its sole discretion.
Can I pick up my products from your location?
Sorry, but we do not have a local pick up location.
Is Krofel.com’s servers safe and secure?
Yes. Krofel.com has put together special measures in our web infrastructure to protect you from 100% ZERO fraud.
What currency can I use?
Krofel.com accepts payment in U.S. dollars. If you are making payment with your credit card or PayPal, your currency value will be converted to U.S. dollars when submitting your online order.
What if I haven’t received my order?
Krofel.com has taken numerous steps and precautions to ensure that your order is delivered correctly. We use the tracking and delivery confirmation information provided by the shipping carrier. If you claim your package has not been delivered to the requested address in your order, Krofel.com will be there to help. We will launch a United States postal mail fraud investigation and also investigate with your local Postmaster. Same policy with the other shipping carriers. Mail theft is a very serious crime and we will take any necessary steps to protect our customers.
Occasionally Krofel.com issues discount coupons for promotional purpose. You may use these coupons only for online orders as long as they are not expired. In case there is no expiration date stated then Krofel.com may cancel the coupon at any time without prior notice. You are allowed to use only one coupon code per each order.
